Our Story
Sammilana Was Not Built in a Boardroom
It was born in the quiet spaces between hope and heartbreak —in the stories of couples when came to us after years of trying, after multiple failed treatments, after being told there was nothing more that conventional medicine could do.
In 2011, Dr. Sneha Nagesh opened the doors of what was then called Sama Wellness Clinic with a question that still drives us today: What if we treated the whole person, not just the diagnosis?

Dr. Sneha Nagesh is an International Board-certified Fertility Specialist providing Holistic integrative fertility care to best serve the needs of her patients. In 2023, Dr. Sneha Nagesh stood at the Global Fertility Symposium in Los Angeles – the only Indian acupuncturist in a room of the world’s foremost fertility specialists.
She had earned her place there through a credential that no other Indian practitioner holds: a Fellowship from the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine (ABORM, USA).
Her academic journey spans Naturopathy, Yoga, Clinical Acupuncture, Fertility Acupuncture, and Functional Medicine – including certification from Harvard Medical School’s Lifestyle Medicine programme. She holds BNYS and an MD in Clinical Acupuncture, and is a certified Functional Medicine expert through IAFM.
She approaches every patient not as a case, but as a person with a story. Her protocols combine Electroacupuncture, Naturopathy, Therapeutic yoga, Functional medicine, and Personalised Diet Therapy – woven together into a plan that is as individual as the person in front of her.
In fifteen years of practice, she has guided more than 8,000 patients through some of the most challenging fertility journeys imaginable, achieving more than 2,000 natural pregnancies, through customized protocols.
